You will be guide you through the experience of reconnecting with your space. You will get reacquainted with all your physical items, and select which items you wish to include in your life and which items no longer serve you. This will allow you to orient yourself — to understand where you have come from and where you are going. My approach is guided by the principles of Mottainai. Mottainai teaches us that all objects possess energy, interconnectedness, and impermanence, urging us to cherish and utilize them to their fullest potential. Sometimes their fullest potential is realized by within our space. Sometimes their fullest potential is realized when we release them for someone else to use. By embracing this mindset, you’ll learn to make choices that enhance your life by honing your decision making process, better understanding yourself, and creating the space to grow into an enriched lifestyle.

Renew

You will be guided through a closet deep dive. Items will be assessed and stored for ease of use. From here we will have a conversation with your closet. With over a decade of experience as a Costume Designer and Stylist, I will use my knowledge of designing, with purpose, comfort, utility and self expression to help guide you towards outfit pairings within your own closet and provide a personalized framework for your clothing purchasing decisions going forward. We will assess well loved items and decide what to mend, alter or re-design.

Redesign

Together we will explore ways that you can enrich your lifestyle by deeply embracing the mindset of Mottainai. By thinking of your daily routine in terms of interconnected energy we will design a framework in your physical space that enables you to create new habits and workflows with ease.
